GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Brite Semiconductor is a complete System Integrator offering SoC and ASIC Design, Systems level Integration and miniaturization via SiP packaging solutions, and PCB assembly. We are majority owned by SMIC (one of the world’s top four pure play foundry). We are expanding and seeking for a Sales Manager with ASIC, IP or semiconductor background to develop territories and grow revenue within North America.

Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be able to prospect and penetrate new accounts; identify and close ASIC and Systems Integration opportunities utilizing technical solutions & engineering resources as well as sales rep/marketing resources. The candidate will also have a "hunter" mentality, while at the same time exhibiting strategic sales acumen and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new ASIC & Systems Integration opportunities through direct prospecting and Sales Reps
  • Penetrate Systems OEM’s & Fabless Semiconductor Companies
  • Understand customer’s requirements and develop ASIC and/or Systems Integration solutions utilizing Technical Solutions & Engineering resources effectively meeting customer’s technical and business objectives.
  • Build strong customer relationships at all levels ensuring long term satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Accurately report sales activities and revenue forecasts back to Brite management

Minimum Qualifications and Skills required:

  • BSEE or equivalent technical degree
  • 2 – 5 years of ASIC, IP or semiconductor design services industry sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of success in demand generation, partner development, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, communicating business transformational solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
  • Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
  • Must have the ability to establish excellent rapport with customer engineers, senior management as well as purchasing managers.
  • Outgoing and aggressive personality, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and success driven
  • Strong communication skills and efficient work habits are a must.
