Wickham Tractor Co. is offering an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Technician - CASE IH MECHANIC (AG Technician) at our Fort Morgan, Colorado location.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4-5 years of experience in large AG equipment repairs - Case IH preferred
- Experience working on equipment HP, but specialize in large AG, such as Krone Forage Harvesters
- Consistently deliver superior customer service
- Proficient and up-do-date diagnostic skills
- Strong ability to execute repairs and maintenance on customer and dealership equipment
- Exhibit a willingness to learn, listen, and ask questions
- Have highly developed quality and efficiency skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent follow-up skills and be deadline driven
- An advanced exhibition of strong teamwork
- Thrive in a multi-directional; fast moving environment
- Willingness to work off-hours for service during peak season
