Solutions Delivery Organization, Channel Leader / Senior Manager (Audit Channel)
Location: Will consider locations across the Continental US with a preference for one of the following - Tampa, FL; Princeton, NJ or Nashville, TN

Work you’ll do
As a member of the Technology & Infrastructure (T&I) Solutions Delivery organization, you will own all aspects of relationship, portfolio and budget management within the associated channel. For this role, you will specifically be working with the Deloitte Audit channel and will be responsible for directing engagement and execution of DevOps teams across multiple geographies around the world.
Work directly with business stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery of the Audit channel initiatives.
Be involved with functional design, including technology architecture and infrastructure design, as necessary for the successful delivery of products and services on premises and in the cloud.
Build and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with senior business leaders and stakeholders within the Audit channel; act as the single point of contact for T&I with business leaders and stakeholders.
Support project initiatives approved by the Audit channel, working in partnership with other organizations within Internal Technology Services (ITS).
Lead multiple teams of DevOps engineers who automate & build release pipelines, infrastructure and cloud platforms used by 70,000 auditors around the world.
Embed security control design, implementation and testing into the DevOps practices
Oversee the successful implementation and migration of critical applications into a public cloud-hosting environment.
Provide influence and guidance to the Audit Channel’s technology leadership team to ensure governance, standards and processes are understood and taken into account as part of ongoing portfolio management.
Contribute to shaping our future DevOps strategy, teams, and platform.

10+ years of experience in a large technology environment with 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Senior IT Leadership role responsible for IT transformation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
Experience leading a technical organization including budgeting, staffing, communications (internal and external), and prioritizing competing demands.
Extensive experience in managing cloud hosting efforts in an enterprise scale environment to include the following:
Security compliance certifications (SOC2, GITC, PCAOB, HIPAA)
Microsoft Azure environment (preferred)
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, challenging project deadlines, while maturing adoption and delivery of DevOps in the channel.
Superior people and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to solve a specific business need.
Experience managing across a matrixed organization to deliver technology solutions and results for functional leadership/stakeholders.
Ability to manage the scope of projects and expectations of various project stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to analyze, understand, and communicate complex ideas across a varied audience.
Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to take a project/initiative/program from ideation and organize a plan to deliver the final working solution.
Strong negotiation skills and expert problem solving skills.
Executive presence and ability to tell a story using visuals, metrics and headlines (including PowerPoint skills).
Knowledge of firm and industry technology that can be applied to client solution delivery within the specific channel
