Responsible for coordinating entire station and communicating with front‐ and back‐of‐the‐house personnel to deliver our mission of “Making Every Experience Exceptional”.
Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.
Prepares and executes all cocktails following Company standards, recipes and procedures.
Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional and fast manner.
Properly free pour the correct measurement of ingredients when executing each recipe.
Knowledgeable of all food items including sushi and kitchen food.
