We are in need of a highly professional individual in both attitude and outward presence who is not only trustworthy, but also, timely and reliable. The Front Desk Administrator will represent KBKE as the gatekeeper of the office and perform a variety of clerical tasks.

To succeed in this position, one must possess exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills. One must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel at time management. The Front Desk Administrator must remain professional in all interactions, especially while under pressure in addition to always maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and awareness. A willingness and flexibility to significantly contribute, sometimes outside of the confines of the job description, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is welcomed.
