Front Desk Administrator

We are in need of a highly professional individual in both attitude and outward presence who is not only trustworthy, but also, timely and reliable. The Front Desk Administrator will represent KBKE as the gatekeeper of the office and perform a variety of clerical tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and providing exceptional hospitality
  • Answering incoming calls and information requests with the highest level of customer service
  • Coordinating calendars and meeting schedules
  • Regularly updating and organizing hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • Compiling and submitting all bookkeeping documents, i.e. expense reports
  • Supervising office supply inventories
  • Scheduling and setup of conference rooms
  • Continually maintaining office tidiness and organization
  • Executing tasks for corporate executives
  • Maintaining database administration and processing data entry information
  • Solving IT/software issues, phone and internet system setup, and equipment maintenance
  • Seeking and implementing new tools and processes to add to office efficiency

Skills Needed:

To succeed in this position, one must possess exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills. One must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel at time management. The Front Desk Administrator must remain professional in all interactions, especially while under pressure in addition to always maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and awareness. A willingness and flexibility to significantly contribute, sometimes outside of the confines of the job description, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is welcomed.
