Nexen Group, Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision motion control devices, industrial brakes, clutches, and torque limiting devices is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a newly created US Region. This individual must have a positive and enthusiastic work approach and be able to run with a high performing team. We are looking for an individual with a desire to win. Someone who can motivate, coach and guide sales reps to maximize market penetration, foster new contacts, and grow sales. Work will include scanning for new product development opportunities, developing aggressive and effective sales strategies. Position will involve 50% travel.
High performance applicants will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent, and 7 to 10 years of related sales experience, including supervisory responsibility; with motion control or power transmission industry experience preferred.
