The position is based out of the CTSF Facility on Fort Hood, TX. It is a Monday – Friday 40 hour/week assignment on site. Telecommuting and flex hours are not available for this position.
Responsible for assisting in test design, test case development, test case execution and monitoring, SIM/STIM execution, data collection, reduction, analysis and visualization, and support to the ORSA and Test Officer (TO) to meet requirements and test incident investigation and documentation.
Skills and Detailed Experience Required:
1. Assist in test design, test case development, test case execution and monitoring, SIM/STIM execution, data collection, reduction, analysis and visualization, and support the ORSA and Test Officer (TO) to meet test requirements and test incident investigation and documentation.
2. Participate in planning, coordination, and analysis of test requirements.
3. Assist in the execution, observation, documentation of technical incidents, analysis (qualitative, quantitative, and fault) and summation of LWN/MC SOS technical and functional testing.
4. Set-up, configure, operate, maintain (user level), and breakdown LWN/MC SOS test environment.
5. Assist in facilitating and documenting test coordination, readiness review, incident adjudication, and after action review.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Basic qualifications include:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
+ Two years experience in operations of tactical C4ISR systems.
+ Must and hold a current DoD Secret clearance.
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Must possess the ability to write clearly and accurately.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
+ Ability to work well within deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems independently and perform duties with changing priorities and under hectic circumstances.

Position will require the ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screen and a government background check.
