ABA2DAY Behavior Services is looking for a full time Program Managerto join our team! We serve children ages 12 months to 16 years in Southeastern PA homes, school, community and at our centers. We help decrease inappropriate behaviors and teach many skills such as communication, social skills, play skills, academics, and life skills (potty training etc.). ABA2DAY offers many groups at our center based locations as well as kindergarten readiness and social skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

The ABA Program Manager is a transitional position into a BCBA/LBS. The position is a combination of consulting/direct care and supporting the Clinical Department as needed. The ideal candidate would be preparing to take their BCBA exam and in the process of obtaining their LBS. Will be part center/part Philadelphia locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with curriculum development & programming
  • Has a small caseload of clients to consult (with LBS)
  • Train and supervises independent contractors/assistants/lead therapists and provides feedback as needed.
  • Co-consults and covers consult sessions as needed.
  • Obtain RBT credential (if you do not have LBS YET)
  • Will assist with coverage of clients (with LBS)
  • Help Clinical Managers with audits from county and insurance companies.
  • Assist with treatment plans as needed.
  • Develops and implements social skills/K readiness at centers daily.
  • Assists with orientation as needed
  • Assist in 1 Saturday a Month for Social Skills/School Readiness
  • Other duties assigned by Clinical Managers or Clinical Director.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have Master’s Degree
  • All required clearances
  • Must be preparing to sit for BCBA exam
  • Willingness to see families in the evening and travel throughout the specific counties in addition to assisting the Clinical Managers at the centers.
