Job Description: As our Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maintaining the exclusive atmosphere that defines our establishment. You will manage a small team, coordinate with suppliers, and work closely with the owners to implement our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle reservations and manage the exclusive guest list, maintaining our establishment’s reputation for privacy and exclusivity.
- Collaborate with the owners to develop and execute promotional strategies, special events, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and state liquor laws.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and payroll.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of dining and bar operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Experience with reservation systems and managing exclusive clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
