Apprentice MLR Submissions Specialist (SS)
The Apprentice MLR Submissions Specialist will participate in a 3-month pilot program with the possibility of taking a full-time position at the end of the pilot. The primary responsibility of the SS will be to manage the tagging and linking needed for submissions of promotional materials for client medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) approval. The SS will learn how to use various submission platforms and the specific requirements of individual brands while tagging and linking the files and supporting references being submitted. The SS will work closely with brand teams, including members of Copy and Account Services. In addition, when not needed for submissions, the SS will perform secondary tasks to assist in either the Copy or the Editorial department.
Tag and link promotional materials and their supporting references in submissions platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, oMAP)
Create and maintain a calendar of MLR reviews to plan workload, intake
Create a manual to help standardize tagging and linking across the agency
One apprentice will assist the Copywriting department with a variety of tasks when not needed for submissions
One apprentice will assist the Editorial department with proofreading when not needed for submissions
Extremely careful, meticulous, and detail oriented
Highly skilled in written and oral communication
Expert in spelling and grammar
Experienced in proofreading or able to learn proofreading skills
Competent in standard computer applications (experience with submissions platforms a plus but not required)
Efficient, showing initiative, independent, able to learn quickly, flexible, willing to help resolve issues in a newly established role
