Full Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily bookkeeping needs, and helping to manage our company’s general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Quickbooks, and project management software (Buildertrend software Experience a plus).

Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of general accounting systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of Purchase Order process and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Associate (Required)

  • Buildertrend: 1 year (Preferred)
