Our client currently has an IT Support Tech position available in Dallas, Texas. This position will require an individual to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues submitted through our ticketing system regarding phone, network, printers, workstations, system and application software and other end-user technology. Ideal candidates for this position should have strong communication skills; a positive, outgoing, customer service attitude; strong problem solving skills; and the ability to provide timely resolution to end-user support requests.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 tech support for all employees
• Troubleshoot software/hardware/network issues for employees regarding workstations, servers, network, printers, copiers, phones, etc.
• Monitor and quickly respond to incoming help requests through our ticketing system
• Document procedures and work performed through our ticketing system
• Configure and deploy workstations for new and existing employees

• Provide PC hardware repair Technical Keys:
• Experienced with problem solving skills/ troubleshooting will have a team to escalate issues
• MS Office 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VOIP, Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and 10)
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, Knowledge of SD-WAN and architectural software
• Their environment is MSO365, AD, Windows operating systems
