Requirements
**Current Tennessee Security Guard License is a plus not requirement**
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Ability to use (or learn) tablet / smart phone
Wear all company Uniforms & abide by policies/procedures
Physical Ability to: Clearly; See, Hear, Speak, & Write. Frequently; Sit, Stand, and Walk – Post dependent: Stairs and Uneven Terrain.
Qualifications
Meet State Licensing and Permit Requirements for Unarmed Security Officer
Ability to walk and patrol in any weather condition
Excellent communication skills
Act in a professional manner
Situational Awareness
Key Responsibilities
Observe – Patrol – Prevent - Report (written and digital) – Document
Rapidly Respond to Emergency Situations
