This position requires an individual to assume responsibilities for an Industrial Engineering team. The team is responsible for determining the most effective way to produce products or services. Design to Unit Production Cost experience is highly desired. Assigned responsibilities will encompass all aspects of program manufacturing support and associated tasks as assigned by management. Position requires hands on interaction with factory production personnel. The person will establish manufacturing metrics and be able to direct the successful completion of program assignments including reviewing products and processes for compliance to contract requirements and compliance to drawing requirements. The candidate must be a dependable individual who presents accurate data. He or she will interact with all departments through both written and verbal communication. The right candidate is collaborative, flexible, has a positive outlook and is willing to learn the industry.

Study requirements, designs and information systems to meet requirements
B.S. in technical field
Experience in a high mix manufacturing/production operations
5+ years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of both
Must currently have, or be able to obtain, a DOD issued Secret security clearance
Fluent in MS office, knowledge of Database software a plus (Access)
Design to Unit Production Cost (DTUPC)
IPC 610 & IPC 620 certification a plus
Oracle – AGILE quality module
Knowledgeable in GD&T
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in teams with members from various disciplines.
