What You Will Do

As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to investigate professional and general liability occurrences.

You will:
Conduct initial investigation and gathers information regarding incidents, claims and lawsuits.
Report potentially compensable events that warrant investigation.
Monitor incident reporting system database and enters events into database. Contact appropriate resource for repairs as needed.
Maintain claims files of all investigative reports, status reports, correspondence and monitor legal discoverability of the file materials.
Participate and assist with claim investigation, discovery process and settlement negotiations. Maintain active communications with defense counsel.
What You Will Need

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience is required.

Work Experience:
No years of experience required unless associate has a High School degree
