Roles
- Provide Skilled Nursing care to patients according to plan of care.
- Document clinical and progress notes.
- Provide Nursing services according to a patient centered plan of care, in the home setting.
- Follow CMS regulations and adhere to company policies, quality, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Currently licensed in the state of Arkansas to practice Nursing
- The ability to bend, lift, and stand extensively on a regular basis.
- Minimum 1 years of experience preferred.
- Home Health experience preferred (not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
