Here’s what you’ll do:
Prepare amazing fare from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
You need to be:
Someone who loves cooking! You’re someone who is consistently awesome and has an eye for the important details. Being able to hang in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that’s even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must, and so is being comfortable standing for long periods of time. You’ll need to show off your muscles from time to time, so be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A great attitude and the flexibility in your schedule to work weekends and some holidays are the last ingredients to rock this show.
