We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration and configuration. The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, manage security, and implement best practices.
Minimum experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Salesforce reporting tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of the business.

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, data integrity, and system security.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, and validation rules.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations.

Business Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and use cases.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

Data Management and Quality:

Perform data quality and data cleansing initiatives to maintain accurate and reliable data.
