Etail is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with Supply Chain & eCommerce SaaS experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

5 years of enterprise SaaS sales engineering experience.
Experience with pre-sales technical support in enterprise accounts.
Industry experience with eCommerce retailers, merchants, distributors, suppliers & brands.
Understanding of eCommerce webstore platforms, merchant marketplaces, ERP, OMS, WMS & TMS.
Understanding of eCommerce industry concepts including product sourcing, catalog management, marketplace management & inventory management.
Understanding of supply chain process & common fulfillment methods including FBA, shipping from stock, drop shipping, cross-docking & 3PL.
Strategic Alliance relationships with consultants, systems integrators and software publishers.
Possess strong consulting and problem-solving skills.
Teaching, educating, challenging assumptions and helping prospects think about their business in a different way.
Possess the ability to understand why people buy and the skills to lead a prospect through a buying cycle.

Core Responsibilities:

Prospect & client facing SME on Etail’s eCommerce platform & capabilities.
Learn Etail’s product capabilities and be able to articulate value to prospects & current clients.
Convey a prospects business requirements to Etail technology and implementation teams.
Consult with Etail sales team & prospects to determine mutual business value.
Work directly with the prospects to understand the client's business objectives and system needs.
Collaborate with Sales & Client Delivery Team to ensure Etail’s capabilities match client’s expectations.
Anticipate project risks as well as customer needs or concerns and ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that exceeds client expectations.
Create alignment among Etail stakeholders so we can successfully implement what we commit to.
Identify gaps in prospect requirements & Etail’s capabilities and work with Client Delivery Team to gain commitment that we can do what client wants.
Prepare & present in-depth software demonstrations to prospects and clients.
Sign off on SOW
Help Etail close new business & grow revenue.
Attend industry conferences Shoptalk, Prosper, Ops Summit, RILA, IRCE & Shop.org.
Work with Etail executives to improve product, expand solutions, market messaging and ideal customer targeting.
Grow as a person and employee by taking on new challenges and opportunities.
