We are looking for a part or full time Office Manager to join a fast-growing technology company. The goal is to ensure that the company’s general office operations run smoothly and to maintain a pleasant work environment for all, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will be responsible for the overall management of the office, HR/staff administration and providing assistance to Finance and other departments as required.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. You should also have experience with a variety of office software (email, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties and confidential data, with a high attention to detail.
Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for technology and a willingness to grow within the role as the company continues to expand.
This role is available on a part time or full time basis so will suit someone looking for flexibility in the working week.
Reports to: President and work closely with UK counterparts
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
Administer staff annual leave, sickness etc. and help resolve issues and problems
Administer staff benefit plans (pensions, gym, childcare vouchers, Perkbox etc)
Maintain client and employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring these meet data protection requirements
Manage staff correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Ensure company meets Health & Safety requirements
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Become (secondary) named Fire Warden / First Aider for office
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Attend to or report any office / maintenance issues and attend building tenant meetings
Supplier management (office security, cleaners, stationery, franking machine, insurance renewals etc)
Filing of general office documentation
Administrative assistance to Finance (invoicing / credit control) and other departments as required
Greet and support visitors to office
Organise regular staff social events
Proven experience in office
Expand relationships within your client base
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

The package is available on pro-rated basis for suitable candidates who prefer to work part time or with more flexible hours.
