Develop and deliver Security Architecture artifacts that integrate and aggregate all of the solutions for business applications and technology infrastructure with CIBC systems and US Region including our vendor supported applications
Lead in the development of the Enterprise Security Architecture strategy/blueprint and Reference Architectures aligned to CIBC architecture standards working closely with Services Risk and Governance team
Provide highly specialized Architectural consulting around Security across numerous initiatives and lines of businesses in the US Region
Provide architectural support around the implementation of Information Security initiatives and projects for the US Region
Lead and influence the solution architects in the development of the solution architecture
Collaborate and support CIBC and US Region Information Security and Application Security teams in addressing any specific issues from architectural perspective
Consult on integration and conversion activities. Recommend technologies to facilitate service integration
Initiate activities to optimize or enhance enterprise services architecture offerings
Participate in technology evaluations and assessments
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
5 - 7 years’ experience in Information Security and Application
Experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong working knowledge of IT Architecture concepts, philosophies, and tools behind the design of applications, information, and underlying security apparatus
Strong experience in integration and architecture practices focusing on Security technologies; experience around implementing security best practices and controls
Broad Based Knowledge of security solutions in the following domains: Network Security Architecture, Cryptography/ Key Management, Log Management/ Threat and Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management; Application Security Architecture, Application Platforms (Java, .NET, etc.)
Be familiar with delivering architecture artifacts such as: Solution architectures, Blueprints, Road-maps and Vendor Evaluation/RFP's
Enterprise Architecture Background would be an asset; preferably in the financial or regulatory sector. Familiar with TOGAF and/or Zachman frameworks and methodologies
Experience with Cloud Migration, Cloud Integration, Cloud Security, and Cloud Storage will be a plus
Experience with Agile delivery practices will be a plus
SOA Architecture and Security certification considered an asset
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to technical, management and business stakeholders
Security certifications required and SOA architecture considered an asset
