Who we are:
We are a small company founded in 2018 and we provide mobile diagnostic and ADAS calibration services to collision repair shops. We use only OEM tools and software to provide the best service possible and ensure our continued growth. We are hiring a technician but are really looking for someone hungry for an opportunity to own and grow a territory.
What you will do:
- Diagnostics and ADAS calibrations - Perform pre- and post-service scans of vehicles and calibrate several of the sensors and systems within the vehicle.
- Scheduling - You own and manage your own schedule and work the customers to optimize operations.
- Managing relationships - The automotive industry is built on relationships. Part of this job is to build and manage these relationships.

What we NEED from you:
- Professional automotive experience (4 years minimum) - We train you in every aspect of the job. However, you need to know your way around a car and be confident moving cars around sometimes cramped shops. Preference points to collision repair technicians.
- Dependability - You own your territory and if you don't show up, no one will. We rely on you to manage your workload and schedule.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision - We'll be there for you, but no one is looking over your shoulder. You will be given goals and guidance but how you achieve them is mostly up to you.
- Excellent customer service - You are the face of our company. You're selling our services simply with your professionalism and follow-through. We rarely hold contracts with our customers so maintaining great relationships is essential.
- Problem solving skills - You will run into roadblocks, and you will need to find solutions.
- Clean driving record - This position requires a lot of driving in a company vehicle as well as customers' cars, so we are looking for safe drivers only.
