Energetic, team-work oriented, and detail-minded self-starter to provide part time administrative and customer service support to program team M-Th 24-28 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Customer Service, Data Management, Communications support (press releases, constant contact), Meeting Support, Graphic Design, and resource/referral support to our beneficiary agencies state-wide; producing correspondence, mail processing, coordinating community calendar, filing, and general office support tasks. Must be able to manage priorities independently while providing a high level of support and professionalism to our growing team.
We are a non-profit organization serving the entire state of New Hampshire with educational, religious and community events. We are a four-person office with great interaction among our team. We are located in downtown Manchester and will provide you with free parking at our office.
Ideal candidate will be outgoing, articulate, and eager to learn. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of office/administrative experience.
