Responsible for leading the development of digital creative assets for Social Media, E-Commerce, Customer Marketing and updating the company?s websites.

Responsible for developing communication assets to increase awareness, trial and consumer engagement. Creates engaging static images, gifs and videos to sustain readers? curiosity and create buzz around company?s products when advertised on-line and in social media channels. Uses industry standard graphics. Updates for the existing websites content and imagery per the brands leader guidance.

While reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications will need to work closely with the Social Media Coordinator, E-Commerce Manager and Brand leaders to assure that the strategy, brand tone and manner is implemented in the creative.

Needs to suggest best practices and new ways to attract consumers, based on graphic development trends.


Work with brand teams, E-Commerce Manager and partner with Social Media Coordinator and Senior Manager to understand the scope of work requests, key goals, messages, calls to action, etc., so designs reflect these objectives.
Design engaging graphic assets for Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) according to the social media calendar from the Social media coordinator
Manage video projects from start to finish. Responsible for shooting videos and post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, audio and color, and final editing. Demonstrates proficient in visual storytelling and is able to craft a video through editing, from start to finish.
Update creative for existing websites according to the brand teams? specifications while creating visually appealing imagery.
Suggest best practices and new ways to attract consumers, based on trends and best practices.


Responsible to produce content that is posted online to generate brand awareness, trial and engagement.
High energy level with positive viewpoint, with ability to work independently and as part of a team, to influence others and to achieve desired results. Self-starter to stay current on graphic design trends, Innovative, creative, able to multitask and a tech-savvy professional.

Proficient in all phases of video production, from pre-production to final delivery.

The ideal candidate would be highly creative, communicative, and possess the ability to present work and recommendations to brand teams and management visually in a comprehensive and concise manner.

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Graphic Design, Web Development, Visual Communications)
Personal use and understanding of social media communication and connectivity
An excellent creative portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design efforts
Strong familiarity with web design, visual hierarchy, and color theory
Experience in web development is a plus
Must see digital design portfolio, submit link along with resume

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign)
Master of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects CC workflows

3 years of experience in social media graphic design
2 years of experience in in video, preferably with use in marketing based projects

Working knowledge of Javascript/JS Libraries
Experience with WordPress, PHP, Flash, or ActionScript desired
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, ability to hand-code and design hypertext links
Travel required – up to 10%
