Are you a Junior-level Interior Designer with 4-6 years of experience in high-end residential experience? Our team is seeking a creative, innovative, and forward thinking designer who can collaborate and communicate throughout the entirety of assigned projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Assist in developing overall design on projects
o Assist in space plan development on projects
o Manage project budgets and negotiate bids
o Communicate with vendors and showrooms
o Review technical drawings
o Oversee the order expediting process to ensure timely orders and deliveries
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Degree in Interior Design or Architectural
o 4-6 years of experience in interior design
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
o Proficiency in AutoCAD
o Knowledge of high-end showrooms and product lines
o Experience in expediting orders and coordinating installations
o Experience in space planning, furniture selection, and color compositions
o Experience with custom furniture
o Ability to adapt to the needs and taste of client
o Highly organized and punctual
o Ability to multi-task and adaptable to ever changing demands
o Detail oriented fast paced environment
o Superior written and verbal communication skills
o High level of confidentiality
