This Summer 2020 Internship will be a 12-week internship starting on May 18th, 2020 and ending on August 7th, 2020. Working at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee, as an intern, you will work alongside TSC professionals in a variety of areas to make a real impact on our business. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in the department, get exposure to day-to-day operations and have a successful and meaningful internship.

Responsibilities

Projects you will be working on will include:
Application Performance Management Track
Develop and automate Cache Purge Utility to support the day to day needs of ecommerce operations
Site Performance and Customer Experience team member, primarily focusing on day to day operations and activities including:
Construction and Maintenance of Synthetic Tests
Real User Experience Monitoring and Reporting
Application Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Application Security and Bot Traffic Monitoring and Reporting
Digital Analytics Management and Reporting
Qualifications
Current student at an accredited university
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student

General knowledge of the following preferred:
Cloud Platform, Container Technologies, Web Technologies and Software Development Process, Application Monitoring and Application Security, Customer Experience Analytics, Application Performance Management, SQL
Strong Communication Skills
