This position will analyze data from online and offline marketing activities to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to optimize the marketing strategy. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Sales in a high energy and stimulating environment. You will benefit and learn from the leaders of this group’s 35+ years of analytical and execution experience from the Boston Consulting Group, Capgemini, Verizon, Qwest, and e*Trade. You will be called upon to provide strategic insight and assist senior management on making critical business decisions.
Analyze prior marketing campaign effectiveness to identify more efficient media mix and acquisition model using cost per lead, cost per acquisition and ROI metrics
Developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives
Track, measure and analyze primarily offline direct response campaigns in order to continuously improve on cost per client acquisition. Recommend changes to media strategy, targeting, approach or prospect lists
Measure all relevant online and offline marketing and call center performance metrics, and quickly apply best performing variables in future campaigns as control.
Measurement of complete digital strategy including SEO, SEM, PPC, Web Analytics and Social Media
Produces regularly scheduled reports around campaign performance and marketing analysis.
Creation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports and presentations
Ensure the ongoing data quality of lead and client databases and implement upgrades to improve processes and efficiency.
Exporting, organizing, and aggregating data for marketing organization
Assist in establishing new tools for managing marketing campaign tracking IDs and maintain full data integrity in all campaign tracking and reporting.
Study prospect-lead-referral-client funnel in order to improve marketing effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, statistics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate recommendations that grow out of fact based analysis.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong influencing and facilitation skills required – must be comfortable stepping into areas where role clarity may be lacking and take charge and communicate the overall objective
Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Ability to bring project initiation to successful completion with a strong execution bias.
Analytical skills and disciplines in support of business planning, strategy development / deployment, relationship management and conflict resolution.
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
