Aligned Orthopedic Partners is currently recruiting a Physician Assistant to work in our urgent care locations in Arlington, VA and Bethesda, MD (coming spring 2023). Candidate should be driven and detailed oriented, independent with 2+ years within orthopedics. Candidate needs to feel comfortable seeing patients alone (backup support by MD always available) to triage and address acute orthopedic injuries that include but not limited to fracture reduction, laceration repair, etc
Our clinics are open 7-7p. The hours for this job can be tailored to fit the right candidate (ie 3x12s, 4x10s, etc).
Our platform consists of 4 practices throughout the DC and VA Beach area. We have over 50 surgeons, 20 Physician Assistants, 5 ATCs, and 2 NPs.

We offer an extensive continuing education program for our PAs built into their schedule to allow continued skill development and enhancement. This includes monthly and quarterly presentations by our surgeons focusing on all aspects of orthopedics. You will have access to cadaver labs and advanced surgical technique training.
