Convergent Security Solutions is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner. This role functions as a consultant to the business and a change champion and will be required to manage both short-term requirements (recruitment, salary planning, organizational changes, etc.) and the long-term strategic development priorities (organizational design, succession planning, change and positioning for growth). This role is also integral part of the CSS organization and will align priorities across the business, platform and corporate groups. This role will be responsible for supporting the Field and Sales Organization in the Southeast Region of approximately 200 - 300 employees.
Duties and responsibilities
Act as a true business partner and change champion in terms of challenging leaders to build organizational capability and bench strength
Lead alignment and development of leadership competencies and create specific/individual plans for enhancement Work with employees and leadership to solve employee relations issues and concerns
Act as a champion to integrate HR and key initiatives within the broader organization and to integrate further acquisitions in the business
Work across the functions to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
Develop, execute and maintain Stanley’s performance review process or OPR (Organization and People Review), including: o Coaching towards the right approach for Goal Deployment - Objective Setting – SelfEvaluation – Manager Evaluations o Driving the OPR process, including succession planning and associate development planning o Develop and own the annual OPR Book and its follow-up, in collaboration with the Client Group leaders. o Identify and implement action plans on development needs.
Develop, launch and maintain employee engagement programs and communication plans
Implement and maintain policies and practices, such as Company Car Policy, Incentive programs, etc.
Coordinate Variable Compensation and Salary Planning activity for respective region. This includes merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, licensing and other salary related needs
Drive strategic staffing needs across region by partnering with Business Partner and RPO provider for world class hiring and onboarding experience
Ensure that HR Metrics and reports are completed accurately and timely
Provide HR advice and support to leaders and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues, including employee relations matters
Acts as a point of the contact for the leaders in the client group to builds strong business relationships
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes within the business
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Challenges the organizational structure and proposes changes
Drive cross-country initiatives and build on current best practice within the regions in order to drive HR integration synergies
5+ years of HR Generalist experience – mainly as a Business Partner
Thorough knowledge of wide-range of HR programs, processes and tools in all areas ranging from recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent management, etc.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent through experience
Knowledge of appropriate HR/legal standards and regulations
Knowledge of employee relations( workers compensation, FMLA, disability etc.)
Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects from start to finish
Working experience in a Service/Install Field environment a plus
Experience with acquisitions and acquisition integration and cultural change preferred
Ideally, experience in a Security environment

Process Oriented Direct reports
