Mission Support Consultant, Junior
Guide and assist clients with a wide range of management, organizational,and business improvement and modernization initiatives by applying process improvement strategies, methodologies, and principles. Develop business methods for problem solving, process change, and solutions implementation while ensuring enterprise-wide integration. Identify best practices, assess performance measurement, research, collect, and verify data, and translate it into strategic and operational guidance. Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer. Focus on identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business transformation, business process redesign and modeling, quality improvement, and Lean Six Sigma. Provide in-depth and ad hoc research on operational issues and specialized commercial topics to support offices in the US and overseas.
-3+ years of experience with commercial research and analysis or industry best practices
-1+ years of experience with supporting the intelligence community (IC)
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with customer cable writing styles and databases
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA, MS, or MBA degree
