We are looking for a full-time General Manager to steer the ship in our latest Alley Powered by Verizon location. This role has three main facets: Your first role will be supporting our community of cutting-edge companies and members (each of whom are doing amazing things in business on their own!) with an exceptional eye to service and hospitality. Next, this role will focus on supporting and inspiring the on-site team of sales, events, and community associates while coordinating with the Alley mothership and corporate partner, Verizon.

Finally, this role will position you to lead Alley's entry into this exciting new market, forging partnerships that continue to strengthen our collaboration with Verizon and the 5G Lab and position Alley as the leading community that bridges the gap between start up and large enterprise. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leading co-working company for cutting edge creators. Fully supported by the Alley Mothership, you will manage the relationships with the on-site staff and membership as well as serving as the point person for our relationship with the facility and our collaborators at Verizon in direct coordination with our Partnership Director.
You will be responsible for the service and support of our membership community and will strive to always exceed their needs.
You will work with the location's Director of Programming and Events to build a robust schedule of vibrant, engaging, and inspiring programming that support the values and pillars the make Alley what it is as well as supporting the innovation initiatives of Verizon.
You will coordinate, execute, and manage strategies to attract, retain, and support current and potential membership, and to position our community as a key competitive advantage!
You will track and report on budgeting and resources, and will work directly with Alley Operations and our Partnership Director to meet location goals and objectives.
Alley will be your ship, and you'll steer her into new waters to explore and establish amazing new relationships and possibilities!
