Full Job Description
KEITH is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking for a self-motivated and experienced Human Resources to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by offering guidance on handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, performance management, and HR best practices while facilitating morale, motivation, and a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations for successful on-boarding
Maintain, implement and administer employee policies
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
Employee orientation, development, and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Company-wide committee facilitation;
Company employee and community communication;
Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
Employee services and counseling: and
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
At least five (5) years of experience in HR
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
Compensation is based upon experience.
