Page is seeking a highly skilled photographer/videographer to join our in-house Brand Team. The Page Brand Team is responsible for promoting the firm's reputation through the website, social media, all external and internal communications and public relations campaigns, project photography, awards and more.This role can be located in Houston or Austin.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through images and video.You will have an acute vision and be able to interrupt the built environment through the lens. While the primary focus of the position is to capture architecture, engineering, interior design and planning work, the photographer/videographer will also, on occasion, create headshots for firm leadership as well as document office culture, lectures and special events.

The position requires travel and occasional evenings and weekend hours.

Additional responsibilities will include:
Capture high-quality, compelling photography/video for storytelling to be used across print, digital, web and social media platforms;
Capture internal and external events, office culture and personnel headshots;
Ensure all photography/video content upholds company quality standards and is in-line with firm’s brand standards;
Collaborate with Brand Team to conceptualize story boards, create shot lists, and execute photography/videos for public relations and communications needs;
Directs photo and video shoots including positioning of subjects and effective set-up of proper lighting and sound equipment;
Work with the Brand Manager to coordinate all production logistics, including: scheduling, travel arrangements, client permissions, on-site security clearances, etc;
Design and implement video production workflow for efficient collaboration with Brand Team;
Perform all image post-production, including sizing images, converting to a variety of formats (RGB to CMYK), color correcting/matching and re-touching and manipulation of photographs;
Complete video and sound editing, including color correcting, adding and licensing background sounds, narration editing and formatting for variety of digital platforms;
Organize and tag digital assets to digital asset management system;
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory list of photography and video equipment and provides recommendations and pricing for new purchases;
Continuously enhances skills and knowledge of photography and video, brand standards and photography production techniques while staying current with the creative movement in the industry;
Balances multiple priorities simultaneously, establishes timelines and estimates and identifies key resources to meet all deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in photography, videography or related discipline;
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in architectural photography and video;
Strong portfolio with a variety of current photography and videos;
Interest in architecture and design;
High proficiency in Capture One Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and/or other preferred file processing and video sound editing software;
Experience operating a drone preferred (must be or be interested in becoming a licensed operator);
Basic understanding of intellectual property, copyright and image licensing;
Ability to multitask and to work in a clear and organized manner to meet multiple concurrent deadlines;
Able to take direction and work independently.
