Our Wells Fargo Auto team supports one of the nation's leading auto lenders. The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.
The Business Support Consultant 1 role within Wells Fargo Auto Credit Bureau Operations will represent the Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes team on Commitment to Customer issues requiring remediation. This individual will work with business partners in successfully resolving SHRP Issues and Corrective Actions related to Wells Fargo Auto Credit Bureau. This individual may also work with the legal department to assist with litigation investigation requests.

Responsibilities may include, but may not be limited to:
Collaborate with other Wells Fargo Auto business partners, along with other lines of businesses, to execute on Commitment to Customer issues requiring remediation
Presents to mid-level managers on remediation progress and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements
Support initiatives to implement sustainable corrective actions for SHRP issues
Participate in project efforts and support internal dependencies where Credit Bureau Reporting & Disputes may have downstream impact
Identify appropriate process improvement efforts to improve process controls, efficiency, and effectiveness
Position will be located at 1100 Corporate Center Drive Raleigh, NC 27607.

3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
Solid critical thinking skills
Strong root cause analysis skills
Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a corporate environment
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
Knowledge and understanding of credit bureau attributes
Knowledge and understanding of FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) or FACTA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
Knowledge and understanding of auto finance industry
Experience interpreting and applying state, federal, and agency legal and regulatory compliance requirements
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Commitment to Customer corporate policy
iTop system experience (specifically Credit Reporting screens)
Knowledge and understanding of Metro2 format, CX6 processing, AUD processing and Statement of Work submission
Operations experience, including research and remediation, loan administration, or collections experience, via direct experience, or through support of an operation (loan administration, quality assurance, compliance, operational risk, project management, social media analysis, etc.)
