Full Job Description
Analyze and coordinate the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and support functions for biometric and forensic systems. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
5+ years of experience with developing technical solutions to solve complex problems
Knowledge of engineering fields outside of software development, including electrical, mechanical, and hardware
Ability to lead teams of scientists or engineers and to manage responsibilities and relationships with US government clients
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Experience in developing engineering or technical solutions for clients and leading those efforts with delivery teams
Experience in federal law enforcement
Knowledge of biometric technology, forensics technology, machine learning, or computer vision algorithms
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance preferred
BS or MS degree preferred
