What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a legal or administrative support professional
- Familiarity with federal and state court E-filing and docketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess & adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently within an existing system
- A variety of services regarding in-house litigation and threatened litigation matters including calendar and matter management
- Advanced level experience using Excel, Word and Outlook calendar management.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop partnerships, engage in teamwork, and develop good working relationships
- Organization and high attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively to complete projects quickly, efficiently and on time
- Support attorneys in the legal department
- Demonstrate initiative, independent thinking, and creative problem solving

- Outstanding organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills
Impact You'll Make:
- Prepare legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading
- Organize and maintain client files using a document management system
- File documents with various courts and agencies
- Assist with trial preparation
- Scan and file incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
