Infosys is seeking a Telecom Engineer with Cisco Voice and VOIP support experience
.This candidate will assist the Telecom administration activities and impact analysis on existing Data center, Network, Telecom and security infrastructure and will also be responsible for all the telecom related activities including telecom related change management & problem management, technology currency initiatives, addressing security vulnerabilities related to network & telecom.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jacksonville FL or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 2 years of Cisco Voice and VOIP support experience .
- Experience in UCCE administration and maintenance
- Experience in Verint Maintenance & Support.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
- Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as Solar winds and Cisco is good to have .
- Experience in Routing and Switching is good to have .
- Knowledge of Call center technologies, ConvergeOne platform.
- Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends
