Microsoft is empowering every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We have set ourselves three bold ambitions: reinvent productivity and business processes, build the intelligent cloud and create more personal computing. Our culture is centered on embracing a growth mindset, a theme of inspiring excellence, and encouraging teams and leaders to bring their best each day.
The Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team serves to acquire, develop, and retain the talent that will push Microsoft to grow and thrive as a company. We know that acquiring the best talent is the biggest asset to help shape an aspirational, inclusive and global culture that enables people across the company to do their best work.
The GTA Excellence Programs Team contributes to the all-up mission by enabling productivity and impact through global programs. We deliver the overall programs strategy and roadmap for the organization & then see that strategy through to execution.
We don't do it alone, so be ready to work closely with excellent partners like Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, and more! We are a collaborative and creative group of people who enjoy spending our time on ways to continue transforming Microsoft through talent.
