We are seeking a highly skilled payroll professional to provide oversight & supervision to a team of payroll specialists & analysts at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Warrenville, IL., for US Operations. This supervisory role is responsible for ensuring accurate & timely execution of Company day-to-day payroll operations & processes.
Coordinate & manage entire payroll function to include administration for both hourly & salaried payrolls
Prep payroll - main interface with HR department for payroll & benefits information
Balance payroll accounts & reports to resolve any discrepancies
Ensure NET pay is properly calculated by outside service provider (ADP)
Make required entries into Payroll/HRIS system (Oracle)
Compile data & transmit to outside service provider (ADP)
Review & balance all information once checks are received; & distribute.
Month-end consolidation & processing
Maintain payroll guidelines by updating/creating policies & procedures
Pay employees by directing the production & issuance of paychecks/electronic transfers to bank accounts
Provide payroll information by answering questions & requests
Maintains employee confidence & protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential & secure
Check & audit all payrolls ensuring legislative & award compliance
Determines payroll liabilities by approving calculations of employee federal & state income, social security tax & employer's social security, unemployment & workers compensation payments
Monitor & support field HR & Payroll Contacts to ensure timely & accurate payroll data entry & provide guidance/assistance, as needed.
Comply with Federal, State, & local legal requirements by studying existing & new legislation; enforce adherence to requirements; advising management on needed action(s)
Develop training manuals to standardize procedures& maintain internal controls. Work with IT to assist with all payroll software maintenance, upgrades & acquisitions

Bachelor degree required, in Business Management/Administration
Strong financial & accounting skills, required
Must be able to use discretion when working with highly confidential information
Strong knowledge of executive payrolls & effective process management required
Must be able to work independently using logic & reasoning to identify alternative solutions
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines, required
Must be able to communicate & work with levels of corporate structure

Must be familiar with SAP, ADP, ORACLE Fusion & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong data entry, management & reporting skills required
Must have a broad knowledge of benefits administration & employment law
