Data Entry - Event Data Capture

First & Goal Events is a leading provider in event design, creative logistics, touchpoint solutions and creating brand affiliates. This role reports to the Office Manager and will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems.


Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Verifying data and correcting data where necessary, obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
Transcribing information into the required electronic format
Scanning documents into document management systems or databases
Filing completed documents in designated locations
Replying to requests for information and access relevant files

To be successful in this role, you should have:
High school diploma
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Formal computer training an advantage
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Understanding of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Competent in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
