In-Store Lead Generator (for Countertops)

America's Dream HomeWorks is a home remodeler for over 18 years is growing and we are looking for In-Store Promoters to represent us in Costco stores. You will be hired into a store closest to your location/of your choice! The In-Store Promoter is responsible for the marketing of an exclusive kitchen countertops program within the local store they are assigned (to generate sales leads for our company).

This is an Ongoing Part Time position with ADH and you have the opportunity to earn as much as $15, $20, $25 per hour based on YOUR performance!

There is a base rate of $12-15 per hour (per experience) and with our generous commission and bonuses you could earn up to $20 an hour! Get a $15 commission per each appointment scheduled.

This is an Entry-Level position with our company. We need enthusiastic individuals with flexible schedules who can work weekends. Must be self-Motivated to make sales, meet great people and earn great money! Learn and grow with ADH!

Your assigned kiosk inside a Costco store will be exposed to 3K to 5K store visitors per day. You will be promoting one of the best countertop producer in the industry. In short, you are promoting a high-quality product to high end consumers and your goal is to generate a lead (sign them up for an in-home consultation/appointment).

Job duties and Tasks:

  • Demonstrate and explain the product in order to persuade customers to schedule an in-home consultation/appointment
  • Identify interested and qualified customers and sign them up for a free in-home appointment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience in the home improvement, retail or telemarketing field.
  • Ability to travel to various locations based upon business needs is preferred by not required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or related experience preferred
  • Professional in nature and dress
  • Customer service etiquette a must
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to initiate conversations with customers
