Beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility seeks MDS Coordinator, RN. Facility is in Flandreau South Dakota, a beautiful area near Sioux Falls.

The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for their Skilled Nursing Facility.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a minimum of 1 year of MDS experience. MDS Certification is preferred. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines. Candidate must have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, as well be very attentive to detail and be very accurate

We offer a very competitive compensation package plus 10k sign on bonus.
Hourly rate is negotiable, depending on experience.
Must be licensed RN and have at least 1 year MDS Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
