3+ years experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
5+ years of experience in process definition, having taken a process from concept to execution
Prior experience in a Program Management or Project Management role

AWS Service Finance seeks a world class Program Manager to drive large scale system development initiatives for the AWS Service Finance Organization.
Key responsibilities will include: - Identifying process improvement opportunities through close partnership and alignment with AWS Service Finance.
Lead development of specifications and requirements for org wide system development initiatives.
Executing process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems to support business growth.
Driving optimization opportunities/initiatives and implementing new business processes.
This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in process improvement, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and strong program management skills.
The role also has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon and requires strong people skills.
MBA or Master’s in a related field
Experience in developing demand and/or financial software
Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes
Industry experience at a multinational organization
Program Management experience showing ability to organize tasks, prioritize competing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful conclusions
Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently
Advanced Excel & business modeling skills.
Strong financial modeling skills, including knowledge of SQL, IBM COGNOS TM1.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally.
Excellent verbal & written communications skills
