Customer Contact Center Account Representative

Your goal is to provide the highest quality support to customers. To accomplish this, you need to know and understand the ins and outs of Leiters in order to quickly assist customer issues. If you are a well-organized multitasker, this role is perfect for you. You will print, verify, and enter data from prescription orders as well as communicate proper order information and turn-around times to customers. Contribute your computer, accounting, and software skills every day to support the Customer Contact Center Team as you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Senior Account Representative
