Position Location: Washington, D.C.

Position Description:
BCS, LLC seeks a Human Resources Associate who will provide support to Federal government clients involved in energy policy. The employee will provide administrative support to federal human capital staff. Specific assignments may include supporting federal employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining organizational charts, developing Standard Operating Procedures, performing file management for the Human Capital team, workforce planning and recruiting, developing required human capital reports, coordinating with federal employees on detail, assisting with performance plans, supporting federal staff engagement activities, and coordinating training activities. The employee will also perform meeting scheduling, note taking, preparing and printing of meeting materials, and other clerical and data management activities.

The successful candidate must be client-oriented, highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and be articulate in written and oral communication. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to develop positive relationships with clients by building/sustaining rapport, anticipating needs, and gaining trust and respect.

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 1-2 years relevant work or internship experience. Experience in the human capital / resources field is preferred.
  • Candidates must have strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of providing quick turnaround, accurate responses.
  • The analyst must have strong capabilities in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
