The Senior Director Manufacturing Finance is a key member of the Global Operations Finance Leadership Team, manages a team of 3, and is responsible for all aspects of Global Supply Chain Finance, Inventory Forecasting and Turnover Rate, and Working Capital Planning and Analysis. A strong leader and collaborator, the owner of this role brings business acumen, analytical power, process improvement mentality, strong sense of integrity, good communication skills, great attention to detail and a proven ability to work with senior leadership across a global organization.
This position is part of the Operations Finance Department and will be located onsite in Sunnyvale.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Direct the finance business partner support for Global Supply Chain, including demand/supply planning, logistics, freight, procurement, and supplier management.
Own inventory forecasting and analytics, partnering with Global Supply Management and Planning Teams on initiatives to improve inventory turnover rates and manage inventory cycle count observations to ensure internal controls are functioning as designed. Be the Finance Lead at the PSI process.
Oversee the Working Capital Planning Process (budgeting, forecasting and flux analyses), including Inventory Turns/DSO/DPO metrics reporting, AP/AR forecasting and trend analytics, and driving global improvement initiatives and countermeasures in partnership with procurement and AR/AP teams.
Lead all aspects of supply chain and procurement finance, including month-end closing, forecasting and reporting processes, financial flows (SAP, BPC, GL Accounts), and preparation of corporate financials/KPI schedules/Quarterly and Annual Statistics.
Provide strategic decision support to Global Operations Leadership for business case preparation, 5- and 10-year strategic plans, make vs. buy decisions, cost-benefit analyses and resource prioritizations.
Drive cost improvement and productivity initiatives with the Operations leadership team, providing analytical support, tracking/analysis and DHR business systems implementation.
Provide in-depth analytical support in annual internal/external audits and maintain accurate financial models and standard work documentation.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, or related areas with 14+ years or experience OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience AND 4+ years managing people.
Demonstrated expertise of Cost Accounting, Inventory Management and Financial Analysis for a Manufacturing setting required.
Strong hands-on ERP (preferably SAP), Data Warehouse and Consolidations & Reporting tool experience and business analysis (SAP, BPC, BW, One Stream experience preferred).
Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting theory as well as financial and statistical modeling techniques.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
CPA or MBA a plus.
Results- oriented team player with demonstrated success working effectively across all levels within the organization and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with continuous improvement, Kaizens, lean principles, supporting project management, and experience with Danaher Business Systems preferred.

The salary range for this role is $215,000 - $250,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
