Intimate Apparel Company is seeking a creative and passionate Assistant Designer for their Women & Kids Intimates Team with an interest in the category. Strong CAD and print ability a must.
The Associate Designer will be responsible for:
- Support Designer in filling CAD bodies
- Recolor existing print artwork and learn to create new artwork
- Observe print and style pass offs to Product Management & Production teams
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain an understanding of company process and business needs
- Utilize PLM system to make tech packs for seasonal styles and colorways
- Prepare documents, samples, boards, and/ or swatches for meetings
- Assist in trend research and development for new seasons
- Organize digital files following PPI systems
- Collaborate closely with a fun & talented team of designers
Requirements
- Fashion Design or similar degree
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience in flat CAD work
- Prior internship or industry experience
- Authorization to work in the US
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
