Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Supporting a very busy CEO
  • Very Strong Power Point and Excel Skills
  • General clerical work
  • Preparing reports & presentations
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Calendar management for both personal and professional obligations ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are being met
  • Paying Bills

Key Requirements:

  • Very Strong Excel, Power Point a MUST
  • Comfortable multitasking (Be efficient and quick)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to stay on task.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced (and often loud) environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Responsible with confidential information, trustworthy
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Have excellent follow-through
  • Be flexible
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly

Pay and Hours:

  • $40-45k annually DOE
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (40 hours per week but overtime may be required at times)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
