We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role, you'll report directly to the Director of Web Services within the Web Services team and support execution, measurement and reporting for all digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn data into insightful stories. You’ll work with multiple internal teams (PPC, SEO, Social) and clients where you’ll learn and master new skills in a fast-paced digital advertising agency environment. Responsibilities

  • Create and manage client analytics dashboard reporting needs, with a focus on providing well-thought-out actionable insights and analysis
  • Prioritize ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting for our internal team members
  • Collaborate on client measurement plans including KPIs and benchmarks
  • Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external clients
  • Implementation of tracking codes through Google Tag Manager and other platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Learn the latest digital marketing platforms/tools
  • Manage large amounts of data across multiple clients and industries

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing/media
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets is a must
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Bonus Points for Adobe Analytics, Google Ads and core social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Strong understanding with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Passion for learning and growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform under tight deadlines
  • Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, Ads or other key marketing platforms is a plus
