TheBathOutlet.com is looking for a full-time customer experience representative who can contribute to our impressive customer experience team and become an integral part of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing phone orders, product inquiries, quotes, order fulfillment, complaints and returns
  • Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Work with internal and external departments to fulfill orders and resolve customer issues
  • Enhance and maintain high customer experience standards
  • Utilize resources simultaneously for a seamless customer experience
  • Inputting back-end data

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience in retail or call-center
  • Associate's degree+ preferred
